Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.

- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.

I absolutely loved this dress. I used it for my junior prom and it was so comfortable. It comes with a built-in bra, so I got the support I needed. The terrain was also too long for me, but it was easy to fix. The ruffles made me feel like a princess too. I felt so beautiful as well

I was really impressed with the quality for such a good price. My measurements fell between two sizes. I went with the larger size but I think the smaller size would’ve been better. Fortunately it has the ribbon tie up in the back so I was able to tighten it.
