Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.
Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.
If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

I absolutely cannot believe the quality of this dress for that price! Ordering a dress online you never know what you\'ll get so I set my expectations low, half expecting to return it. But I was SO excited when I took this out! The top is thick and seems sturdy, it feels like good, quality materials. It is like a mini wedding dress with the construction and the look. So many dresses online show these poofy full skirts and it comes and it\'s flat, but this skirt has a lot of tulle and even right out of the package was just as poofy as the pictures. It\'s beautiful and I can\'t wait for my daughter to wear it as a flower girl. It does run a little big in case you order it.
