Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.

Fabric is smooth to the touch, very soft. The color is on point. Easy to wash by machine or hand. The zipper was a bit stiff. It doesn\'t wrinkle easily from my experience. Honestly I absolutely love this dress, I got it for my birthday and it was a perfect fit!

I got this dress for a college formal and it looked super cute! The color I got, yellow, is a little brighter than shown in the picture but I\'m really happy with this dress nevertheless. I put two pictures in two different lightings. I\'m 169 cm tall & weigh around 60 kg, and the small one fit me perfectly. You need to wear a strapless bra though, because it doesn\'t have pads. Keep in mind that it\'s nylon and might make you sweat if it\'s humid, but it\'s stretchy and doesn\'t get wrinkled easily. Great dress for it\'s price, I\'m really glad I bought it!
